What did he mean?

I sent this coworker a pic of us from last year. I told him I found it while going through my pics on the phone. I told him I liked the pic. He said " of course you do, its me there". I'm not sure what he means by that.

Could have meant it as a joke or attempt at humor. He is basically indicating that because he is in the pic that of course you would like it. I don't really know how else anyone could interpret what he said. I wouldn't really overthink this too much. It is just a passing comment. Doesn't mean much and I wouldn't give it a second thought. It actually comes off a little arrogant and cocky but whatever.
