Yes, but with me, I have a very specific type.

If a woman is the type I find attractive, I avoid her.

If a woman is what most people consider attractive, I treat her like shit. Not abusive, per se, but I will ignore her. Not engage in conversation more than I have to.

Attractive women get everything handed to them because most guys want to fuck them.

I'm smart enough to know that I am not going to get to fuck them, so fuck them basically. I am not a simp who is going to be nice to someone who gets an easy life.

I treat women good who are ugly, old, etc, because I know they have to work as hard as I do.

I would say they are more attentive aswell. But obviously they get better treatment than others. Doubt its any different for girls beeing into a guy.
