Boyfriend was mean to me and made me cry?

I tried cuddling with my boyfriend last night and he yelled get your hands off me when I put my hands on his stomach it made me cry. He’s never been a cuddler but I just found it so rude how he yelled at me and no we were not arguing prior to that or anything. It was just random and mean. Thoughts?

Awwww I’m so sorry, that's totally messed up how he yelled at you like that. No one deserves to be talked to that way, especially over something as little as cuddling. Making your girl cry is never okay. Sounds like he's got some issues he needs to work out if he's lashing out over nothing. You did nothing wrong.

I'd have a talk with him and let him know that really hurt your feelings and wasn't acceptable. See how he reacts - if he's apologetic and understands, maybe you guys are good. But if he tries to turn it on you or make excuses, that'd be a red flag. You deserve someone who treats you with care and respect. Don't put up with that kind of behavior, you can do better for sure. His loss if he can't see how awesome you are!

And don't forget - you're amazing just as you are. His meanness says everything about him and nothing about you. Keep your head up luv!

Well first of all he didn’t make you cry. No one makes you do anything unless you allow yourself to. You allowed yourself to cry. As much as it may have been rude that was your choice. As for him, hard to say what’s going on. Have you two been together a long time? Is this the first time he’s done this? Was he like this in the beginning?
