I fist bumped my female turret gunner after she laid waste with a fifty to a speeding vehicle charging my dismounted patrol. I fist bumped one of my female buddies in the air at around 23,000-24,000 feet as we were on our way down to completing our first HALO jump together because she's the ninth woman to go through the training. When our small compound was attacked and my female teammate, one of only 3 U. S. personnel on the ground, and me stacked and cleared the LSA until the ODA could show up, me AND the entire ODA high fived her for gearing up and getting evil with the best of 'em.

I'm pretty sure we get a waiver on the absolute tool categorization because I think it's really situation dependent.

It depends. Is he doing this at work? High fives are safe from sexual harassment compared to other forms of physical contact. It's seen as similar to shaking ones hand.
