How do I get this crazy and obsessed psycho to stop stalking me and doxxing my information?

So I was just made aware of this guy who I know is obsessed with me and he made a video about me. He made some stupid short film of a remake of a russell crowe movie where he pretended to rescue me. He used some stupid actress that looks like me and named her character after me and dubbed lines from elizabeth banks onto her making her lip sync elizabeth bank's lines from the original film. He then decided to leak out my hometown by making his characters flee to my hometown in vietnam. He is making me so uncomfortable with this film and I've asked him to remove the video from his youtube channels and he is not wanting to do that. He created multiple youtube channels and uploaded the film to it. I can't even count how many youtube channels he has as he is always creating new ones. He basically fantasizes marrying me. How do I deal with this guy stalking me? How do I get the video removed from all of his channels? This is the video that I'm talking about.

A serious issue like this one , its gone way too far , I think you must report this phyco to the police for stalking , cyber stalking , this is one hell of a nutcase , needs to be taken seriously.
