Met this guy who when he saw me called me handsome. I figured he was just being friendly. Then when we sat down to talk more they said I was handsome again. I noticed he is friendly and greets a lot of people, but only called two other people beautiful, but they were women. He didn't call any other men handsome I noticed. He said he was straight to. Did he mean it, or was he just being nice?

Yeah I see what you mean. Another day I was at bar/club with friend and he said I want to find you future Ms.(my last name) and how I'm a handsome guy and all. I don't know if he meant it or not. Later, I was drunk so I asked him if he meant it/was sugarcoating it and he said yeah I only sugarcoat things with my son and all lol. I don't know who knows lol.

Yo man, that's kinda weird. I mean, usually dudes don't go around calling other guys "handsome" unless there's something else going on ya know?

Is this guy newer to your friend group or something? Maybe he's still feeling things out and doesn't know everybody super well yet. So calling you handsome could be his awkward way of trying to be friendly.

But the fact that he only called those two girls beautiful and no other guys handsome is a little sus. And then saying he's straight after is like, dude seems confused about something lol.
