Not sure about the energy part, but it's obvious from her behavior and sometimes her look even. I can usually tell when a girl has some sort of mental or developmental condition, even though I may not necessarily know what the condition is. Sometimes it's immediately obvious, sometimes it takes a long time for me to catch on.
