My boss and I used to meet in his office when I first started traveling to our main office (I work remote). He would invite me into his office and would shut the door and we would have our 1:1 meeting.
The last two months, he has been avoiding his office and walking me into a conference room and leaving the door open. I wonder why? Can’t figure out what would cause this change.

Wants to keep the optics professional. Smart move on his part.
But a few months ago he didn’t care?
So what? Now he does. Why is this even bugging you? It's probably not even about you, which I'm sure you didn't even consider.
Its not bothering me but weird that he meets with his other female direct reports behind closed office doors. Which is what he would do with me too.
And how do you know that when you work remote? Sounds like you are watching him very closely for some reason
"It's not, bothering me" Please stop talking to me like it's my second day here.
Um because he comes to my office too! So I see it!
Like I said, it likely has nothing to do with you, which apparently just isn't possible to you.
Hon it can be any number of things, for all you know that office wasn’t even a temporary spot just convenient for the time, he may not have even liked it much but had to make due.
Someone probably got busted by HR so he is covering his bases.
