In this case with "mind" he was getting some feeling of jealousy. Some men just don't like if the woman had other relationships before or kissed someone else. It makes them feel special knowing that. For me, i don't care as the past is past. About the touching part, that's still jealousy but on a higher degree because he probably likes your body a lot and is afraid that someone else "got to you" first. This isn't a race however, this is life. Life is all about times and places, we can't be immaculate and pure forever. This is why i think you have to speak about these things to him and assure you feel ok in being treated this way. There is also an extremization of the "mine" concept but that is a kink and i don't think you nor him have it so i won't talk about it
