Do you think he meant going together or runaround?

Currently I have a crush on a guy.
Yesterday I wanted to get to a location but I didn’t know the way, and I saw my crush there. I knew he was also going to the same location, so I asked them how to get there and he told me the direction briefly and I said okay, I was about to go there alone and he then said “I’m going to the washroom, if you don’t mind, you can wait for me to finish using the washroom”

Do you think he meant waiting so we could go together or he just didn’t give a damn and let me wait to get a detailed direction?
I think if it’s the second one I don’t want to talk to them anymore:-/

I would take it to mean he said if you waited for him then you both could go together. I don't know why he would suggest that otherwise. Think about it. Why would someone tell anyone to wait for them to use the bathroom and then just split? I think his intention was that you would go together since you asked for directions. The question is did you wait? What happened? Did you end up going to wherever together? I think you can prob answer your own question since this already took place.

Yes I did wait, but then I saw my boss, so I went with my boss, then he came out of the washroom with his coworker, we all walked together to the location…

No I wouldn't cut myself off with an incomplete answer or conversation, use the washroom, and then continue the same conversation. I would either give all the details or not. I think he was suggesting you go together.

But of course he won't ask you to wait for further location lol... he wanted to accompany you.. that's what I make out from my understanding of male psychology

So is it possible that someone answers someone briefly but then want to answer them in detail after using the washroom because they don’t give a damn about the person who asks for direction?

Unless it's like their born enemy or something.. I see no reason for someone to be so rude
