We all have preferences. No one has an obligation to date another person. There's no such thing as Equal Opportunity Dating. Feel free to turn down unattractive invitations without guilt. If the person complains, that just reinforces your decision.

It's bad for short and fat guys. The issue for you might be that there might be not many guys left to date which makes dating harder. But if that's not the case, I'd say give it a try.
