I’ve been talking to a guy for months. And one night I was over his place, and everything was going fine until I did something that upset him. He’s been giving me the silent treatment for over a month. Should I reach out or just delete him and move on?

Move on girl. One month of playing kids games is way too long. He's got some serious immaturity issues. That and the next time he gets upset about something he is going to resort to the same childish behavior. I can't see how anyone would think it was worth continuing with someone that is that immature. You're best off to find a guy that can communicate like an adult instead of act like a middle schooler that is throwing a passive aggressive tantrum. Do yourself a favor and ditch this guy.
