I have a crush on this guy but not sure if he likes me?

I’ve been working with this guy for a couple months now right along with this other guy (there’s 3 people including me on our shift). He’s really cool and funny and we joke around about other people at work but I see him talk to pretty much everyone. I remember during our break we were going out to our cars and he asked me if I wanted to go get Starbucks with him and I went with him. We went through the drive through and he offered to pay for both of our coffees. I also noticed that when another coworker talks crap about me or disrespects me, he defends me sometimes, which I don’t know how I feel about that. I appreciate him doing it but I feel like I can stand my own ground. Fast forward to today, he had just switched over to another shift and he asked me if I was gonna miss working with him. I don't know if I’m overthinking this but at the same time I don’t want things to get awkward at the job. What should I do?

Hmm from the sounds of it, that guy might actually be into you! Offering to buy you coffee and defending you from that other coworker who talks crap are both good signs. Guys don't usually do that kind of stuff for just anyone. And asking if you'll miss working with him could be his way of hinting that he'll miss seeing you around too. I'd say give him a little flirty vibe and see how he reacts - like compliment him back when he jokes around or find excuses to casually touch his arm. If he seems comfortable with that, then chances are he likes you too. But since you work together, maybe just start by exchanging numbers so you can text or hang out outside of work first before doing anything too bold there. That way if things don't work out romantically it won't be so awkward on shifts together. Go for it, I bet he's into you!

You're older than me so I think you might be able to do this cuz I understand how hard it is to tell somebody considering I just told my best friend today that I liked him and now we're dating. Literally what I did is in my mind I went let's go baby!!! as loud as I can night straight up told him I like him. Though a side effect of doing this is feeling embarrassed as fuck
