I have no idea if this guy likes me or not?

i am 17 years old and i have this guy who gives signals but dont take action. He constantly makes eye contact, he does not take his eyes off the eye contact. and he keeps taking my stuff. But when I offer to go somewhere with him, he doesn't come. I also catch him admiring me which lead me to think that he likes me. But today he never came to me and didn't try to talk but was looking at me. why he just dont come and talk to me?

Well maybe he just doesn't have that sorta feelings for you. You may interpret these things as signs but they are really not. Also because he looks at you doesn't mean a whole lot and you may be thinking he does it more than he actually does. It is easy to over think things. Now if you like this guy then it sounds like you are going to have to make a move and ask him out because he doesn't sound like he is going to do it. The worst you have to lose is he says no.
