Guys, He’s texting me good morning but throughout the day his texts are dry and seeming uninterested am I over thinking it?

We’ve been talking for about a week and FaceTimed for 30mins before we started texting but after the call the next day we didn’t text at all till I texted him good morning on the 2nd day

It's hard to say for sure, but here's a few things that come to mind:

- He could just be busy during the day and not glued to his phone like some people are. Don't want to jump to conclusions.

- Guys aren't always the best at keeping convos flowing over text. Could be putting in more effort with the good morning to show he's thinking of you.

- Only been a week so still feeling things out. May open up more as you get to know each other better.

- Or could be he's lost a bit of interest since the call. But give it a bit more time to see if he puts in more effort.

I'd say try asking him out for another call or low key date if he seems willing. See how the interaction is in person. Texting can be deceiving. And try not to overanalyze - play it chill for now. If he keeps being dry over the next little while with no meet up, then maybe re-evaluate. But for one week I wouldn't stress yet.

You're not the epicenter of this mans life, you're the girl he's texting. Most guys are busy during the day, either work, hobbies. Doing someone a favor or even just wanting to relax or have a nap. You currently have no reason to expect his full attention for instant and all day responses.
