We have two kids together under three. The last time he spend time with them was the 24th of Oct. Than he asked on the 4th of this month if he can spend time with them that day. I told him that we was over my grandmother house and just let me know early next time. I haven't heard from him since after that. He don't even pick up the phone or nothing to check on them. The one year old just started walking.. and I recorded the video... should I send it to him?

Wow, that's pretty lame of him to disappear like that and not be there for his kids. A few possibilities for what's up with him:
- Cold feet - Sometimes when dudes become parents young, they aren't ready for the responsibility and get scared. Might be avoiding it cause it's too real.
- Going through stuff - Could be dealing with his own problems like work, family issues, stress etc and isn't coping well so he's distancing himself.
- Immature - Sadly some guys just aren't mature enough to properly commit to parenting. Maybe he's prioritizing himself over his kids' needs.
As for sending the video, I'd say go for it. Let him see what he's missing out on with his kids growing up. Might make him realize he needs to step up. At least the kids will know you're trying to include him even if he isn't putting in effort right now.
I'd also tell him clearly that he needs to communicate better and be more present if he wants to be in their lives. They deserve better than a part-time daddy. Hopefully seeing the video will motivate him to do better. Keep your head up, sis - you seem to be doing a great job on your own.
I mean... if you had kids with him, you would know more as to why than strangers who don't know the person at all.
Because he doesn't love, care for or respect any of you.
