I wouldn't unless he did something. It would really depend on what happened too. Something like this happened to me recently and I've just decided best not to talk to this person. I won't get into the whole long story mostly because that's private but short of it is there was an issue and it also involved a friend I care very much for. So because of what happened I just don't think it is worth talking to this guy anymore nor does the friend in question. So there's a reason it might happen.

Weird lol. So here is a possibility. She may have been acting friendly in your eyes but in hers she was trying to flirt. You may not have picked up on it or she sucks at flirting and now she is just pouting. Just a pure guess.
