That isn't enough information to know why a girl would do that. You need to give some (at least a little) context to the situation that a girl was friendly and then ignored you. I can sit here and type you out a bunch of reason if you'd like but that might not be the reason it happens between different girls. Maybe she was being friendly to be polite but really wanted nothing to do with the guy. That is the first thing that comes to mind. Maybe he thought she was being friendly and that is just her personality to everyone. So you can see the options are endless without some context.
It happened a while ago.. On the 1st day she sat next to me she the one that started talked to me, and we being ”friends” lol, then one day she suddenly started to ignores me while I have done nothing to her.. lol..
