He usually visits and goes home, he lives an hour away. He said he wants to spend the night. My child is 4 months. I’m new to this coparenting situation. Do you think he wants sex. He also compliments me and we text quite a lot. He cooks for me when he’s at my place. Come’s over with wine and treats. Is that a normal coparenting situation?

eh, if you mean majority wise than probably not since most "co parenting" is bitter exes.
It could literally be he can't be arsed to do a hour commute. Just remind him he could get a hotel nearby if he needs to. Keep the boundaries firm and don't fuck it up for the kid.

Usually the child alternates living at one parent's house then alternates to the other. There is little interaction between parents.
