Why make it more complicated than it already is? Which part uou don't get it?
For example i don't feel like talking to you... You "see that"... so after a while you ask me if i'm ok, so just to calm "your thoughts" and make you stop bothering me, i post a "selfie" for you to see, that i'm Ok and i don't need your attention! Hope this clarifies things.
