People can ask all sorts of strange questions, doesn't mean they like you, sometime ask people their relationship status, doesn't me I am interested in them man or girl. I am just curious about their life.

Don't read into other people's questions, which could mean nothing. People just ask questions about your life, because they don't know what else to talk about with you.

To be honest, I don't believe in discussing personal info with coworker anyway, they can use it against. You should just go to work, do your job and go home, don't get involved with coworkers.

You should keep your love/social life separate from work. Why? because if that relationship goes soar, you have to go into work every day and the see them, and its going to awkward and uncomfortable for you with them. Also might cause you to leave a job that you like.

yes. i have and know plenty of others who ask and not even remotely interested. some alternative reasons being things like: platinic/co-worker bonding (getting to know each other) , just to make conversation, may know a criend who is single for them, noticed clientel flirting with them so curious if that is something for them, curious if they maybe date the boss (many reasons cpuld occur to ask for this reason) , they remind you/me of someone else's S. O., have seen them on social media, amd more.

If I was interested I'd see if her time was invested in somebody else.. if I wasn't interested I'd still flirt just to see what happens. She could say she's in a relationship and still give me her number.
