Yeah but if he didn't like you. He can't trust you. If he can't trust you he can't have a healthy relationship. I might go from not liking a woman to being ok with her. But if I didn't like her to begin there's little chance I'll EVER trust her.

No not liking doesn't mean that he has an issue with you just that he doesn't like you romantically

OK, well you didn't specify that in your question. To me liking someone IS showing interest.
