A mask? Like for what reason? Why would you be wearing a mask at all? You don't give a whole lot of context but I see your age as 45+ and I would assume the guy you are talking about is somewhat close in age. That just means he is immature at that age to be making fun of anyone. Just ignore it. That is childish behavior even at my age and he could possibly be twice my age.
