Why does he fake a cough and when I turn, he is already looking at me? He stares at me every day. When I ignore him, he does this?

• He do this when I donot even glancing at him in a day.
• I ignore him but he always behave softly, protectively and supportive to me why? can't he find other girls of my class
• He was staring at me with a normal face everyday and also dont look away after being caught by me instead of him i had to look away.
• He sometime smiles but i dont, once he was staring at me whith a smile i ask what? he nodded as nothing and continue to stare with his smile , at last i ignore him.
• He stare at me from past 2 and1/2 years.
• He teases other girls but never me, he talk to them sometime normally sometimes loudly but talk (he only ask for notes rarely, i dont talk to boys) to me in soft voice.

• Once i was anchoring the teachers day event i wear just a casual short kurti with jeans,use a bit of daily cream and lip balm, and a small crystal tops earring and simple ponytail (which i do everyday) other girls wear saree, kurti and wear bit of makeup with lipstick too who participate i look simple in comparison with all of them but I caught him staring at me again and again only. When i and my friend was backstage he was also sitting there with his friends ,his friends were busy in talking and he only stare at my face with a smile only.He sit little far then me.I ignore him but when i turn my head to check he was staring already like that.

It really sounds like this guy likes you. I know that can be kinda weird and uncomfortable, but hear me out.

It's pretty obvious from how he acts that he finds you attractive. The constant staring, smiling at you, talking to you softly - that's not how guys normally behave towards someone they're just friends with. And it doesn't sound like he acts that way with other girls either.

Yo this dude sounds weirdly calculating ngl. Like faking innocent looks to throw you off that he's actually big time creepin'? Man that's manipulative as hell.

I thought maybe he was just awkward at first, but plannin' out ways to stare at you without you catchin' on, tryna play mind games - super not cool. No girl deserves that disrespect.

I'd say next time you get a feeling he's pullin' that innocent act just to perv on you, call it out right then and there. Loud and clear, "stop starin at me like that it's weirding me out."

Or actually, no forget that one comment I had. This is a better comment, if he's usually an extrovert guy then he's probably just really into you. The innocent look could just be his way of trying not to creep you out with the staring. Guys can get nervous around a girl they really like even if they're outgoing normally.

It was smart of him to be soft-spoken and protective when talking to you instead of loud like with other girls. Shows he wants to make a good impression. And staring at you during your performance instead of talking to his friends also says you have his full attention.

Since he's been doing this for over 2 years, his feelings are definitely serious. The innocent face is probably just camouflage for how much he really likes you. I'd say if you're interested at all, give him a chance to actually talk. His shyness has probably held him back from properly asking you out this whole time.

Worst case, it gets awkward if you say no. But he seems like a nice guy who clearly cares for you a lot. Maybe you'll find out there's more there than you realize. Up to you of course, but don't write him off completely since he does treat you different than others.
