This guy I met a few months ago I heard from his friends he thought I was cute and we saw each other again for a night out and he approached me and started conversation with me, we talked for hours about everything, he complimented my looks and opened up about really private stuff, he even suggested he took me to eat at this restaurant and said “we should do this together” about different stuff and even asked if I was gonna be here for the holidays so we could all go out, he wanted to make plans for a trip with all of us and he asked for my instagram and because he seemed interested I thought he would text but he didn’t so i’m very confused about everything

Well if he is looking to make all these plans then what would you say? I would say he is interested or why go to all the effort that he has gone to already and is suggesting for the holidays. You mention a trip? That seems a little forward for people that aren't even dating. One good way to find out is if he has discussed it with the other people that would be going or did he bring it up to you first? That can tell you a lot about his intentions in my opinion.
