Is He Interested or Just Being Friendly?

I’ve been talking to a guy I met on a dating app. He doesn’t flirt much, but he did call me cute once and asked for my Instagram. He was also the one who suggested we should call, so we talked on the phone too. Lately, he’s been sending me good morning texts, sometimes with a smiley. I’m just not sure if he’s interested in me romantically or if he’s just being friendly. What do you think? Is he into me, or should I keep my options open?

i think he is because of the good morning texts. you wake up and your first thought is to text someone is kinda special. in the past i used to hang out with some guys (in different times). i thought we were just friends we also texted each other good morning. i told my female friends about this and they told me he wants you and i was like no way. after a while it came to light that my female friends were right and Im no more friends or anything more with either one of them. I might still be wrong though about your situation you never know.

He's interested, get to know him more first though. See if he is consistent, that's crucial! And like the other girl said, don't get feelings involved too soon. But signs look good so far that he's into you

9 times out of 10 if a guy is spending time or putting energy into interacting with you or being around you he likes you. If you met on a dating app and he texts you he's interested. If he's giving you mixed signals it's probably because he has other options and he's not sure if you're a sure thing. You should probably keep your options open. Perhaps for someone who will tell you what he wants and how he feels.
