Do guys check out their buddies girlfriends?

For example, if you (a guy), has a girlfriend, and both of you are hanging out with your buddy and his girlfriend and your buddies girlfriend is dressed provocatively, do you check her out?

Also curious, for the women, if you see this behavior happening, how do you respond?

I try not to. But it really depends on whether she's dressed like an all you can eat buffet. That's really on her then. And to a lesser extent my buddy.
