Do MEN share their achievements and failures with anyone?

I had this situation today when my dance instructor, who as I already mentioned I have a crush on, came to our lesson after supervising a performance of his groups of younger students. He talked a lot about IT, mostly what he wasn't satisfied with, what went well, what could be better, why he likes his job there, what could be changed to attract other potential students. He even showed me a movie of it he got from some parents on Messenger. I was wondering if he was trying to share some thoughts, because I was just there and he needed someone to talk to in order to loose steam or is there a chance that he actually likes me or at least feels comfortable enough to speak about things like these with me. He is quite extroverted and I as an introvert wouldn't like to share such things with someone I don't feel close to. All in all, I don't really know how to interpret his behavior. Can anyone help?

I can't speak on behalf of all guys, I prefer keeping my personal life quiet. Sure, I told people, yeah, I got a new job if they ask and what I do, or I will tell others yeah I graduated an obtained this degree from university. Beyond that I keep my life private about family stuff, who im dating, it's not others people's business, I've learned not everyone has the best intentions or feel genuinely happy for me.
