What does it mean to swing it with a friend?

I saw texting a guy I'm talking to and he said "gonna go swing it with the homie" and I don't know what that means

Ah I think I know what he means by that. "Swing it" is slang for like hanging out and chillin with your boy.

Usually means they're gonna go shoot some hoops at the basketball court, play some video games, watch a game/fight at one of their places, or maybe hit up a party or club together.

Just guy stuff where they can kick back, crack jokes, maybe a few beers. Totally normal for dudes to "swing it" and kick it with their friends.

Nothin weird, I wouldn't read too much into it. Unless they swingin other ways ha just playin. But nah it just means homies kickin it, you feel me?

If I had to guess, they're prob just gonna chill, play some 2k, talk shit. Standard dude night in. Wouldn't stress it unless he starts swingin around other chicks then you gotta check him lol. But sounds innocent to me!
