Follow up question: if it does, does it only bother you when you know about it? What if a girl has had something done but you couldn’t tell?
+1 yThe surgery itself holds little meaning to me, the thing that bothers me is just the kind of women who think they need it. Jumping from an A cup to a DD is a hell of a jump and undoubtedly painful in recovery but they do that for the sake of outward opinion, not because they need it. I’m glad they feel more confident but it’s like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound. It’s a patch on the issue but doesn’t address the cause of the insecurity that tells them this is the way they have to live their lives to be worthy of love and respect from others.
But I’m a person who always saw the personality before I saw the face so I never saw the point of making your appearance better for the sake of others rather than dressing to your comfort20 Reply

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yIt doesn't bother me really. In the case of a girl who has had a boob job done and it's so good you can't tell, I'd say that's AWESOME! I'm guessing in 50 years (probably less) they'll be able to do boob jobs by increasing the number of a woman's own boob cells so you wouldn't have an implant and they'd look and feel identical to perfect natural boobs today! My son has a lot of awesome things to look forward to that I could never DREAM of. And I'd say I've had it really good as is. When I was in high school (pre internet) you could look around and there'd be maybe 3 to 5 REALLY hot girls in the class and you KNEW in a lifetime you'd never get to see them naked. Flash forward to today and not ONLY are you likely to see a lot of your classmates in the buff, but you have access to THOUSANDS of the hottest girls IN THE WORLD on the world wide web! We truly live in amazing times and for now it looks to be getting even better!

If a gal wants to pump up her breasts it seems to me that she is trying to be something she is not. In fact, breast reduction makes a lot more sense since many women suffer posture problems and even pain from carrying large breasts.

4 moDoes it bother me? It's not my body so no, it doesn't bother me. Do I find it attractive? It depends.
- Attractive: Some women are really small and it makes them self conscious. So a modest breast augmentation makes them feel better and allows them to find clothes that fit well easier.
- Attractive: Reconstructive surgery after an accident or mastectomy can help a woman recover psychologically as well as physically and giver her back a normal life. I'm totally on board with that.
- Unattractive: Giant obviously fake tits that are rigid as rocks, look like balloons, and totally out of proportion to a woman's body are a real turnoff. They don't feel right or move right and they sure don't look right.
Moderation ladies. When in doubt go smaller rather than larger.

I have a bit of form in this area because I've organised a number of sets here in Thailand over 20 plus years.
can't speak highly enough of the results , love em and " go for it " indeed , awesome look.

+1 yHonestly I used to be super against it and still kind of am, but people who were born with bad genetics and are disfigured should have the option of augmenting parts of their body to look more aesthetic. But they should also be open with that kind of information with any partners they have if they're planning on eventually getting married because their genetics is what ultimately affects how their kids will turn out.

+1 yI like all natural women. It is a turn off and relationship deal breaker.
I wish it didn't exist. Outside of reconstruction to cancer survivors who've had a mastectomy it should even be a thing.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yDepends what you mean by "bother". It's no attractive if that's what you're asking. But do I judge a woman for getting breast augmentation? No. If that's what she needs to make herself feel more attractive that's her choice. I just wouldn't find it attractive.

+1 yNo, not at all.
As a matter of fact, if it's a breast augmentation via fat transfer, I actually prefer it compared to naturally small, or medium breasts.

+1 yI prefer natural tits to fake ones.
I also prefer small tits to big ones.
Does breast augmentation bother me? It doesn't bother me. Let each girl do what she wants. But I wouldn't be attracted to a girl with fake breasts.00 Reply
Anonymous(25-29)+1 yWhatever, but "too much boobs" are a thing and I might be put off by it.
My overall opinion is I think it's a silly thing for women to be insecure about. Most men just like boobs, and 97% of boobs are nice boobs. As long as you aren't completely flat chested or have too much, you're fine.00 Reply2.2K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. It doesn't bother me. It's her body to do with as she pleases.
10 Reply414 opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. I would prefer natural always. Even if she hasn't got any boobs. I rather have a girl without boobs then one with fake ones ro be honest (unless she got surgery because of a medical condition)

+1 yIt doesn't exactly bother me but I have to wonder why she would go to the expense and risk involved when there are ways to just make them grow.

Doesn’t work for everyone though isn’t it mostly genetic?

No, there are things you can take or do to them to make them grow.

00 Reply4.4K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. No, it doesn't bother me. I not attracted to very busty women. A C or D cup is plenty, and smaller is fine too.

10 Reply3.1K opinions shared on Guy's Behavior topic. It does not bother me. It is a choice. It is sad however when somebody thinks that have to have a fake implant to get guys to pay attention to them.
