In my particular case, that I’m referring to, there was a lack of attraction from both parties. But I’m asking about general situations.

Depends on your status and circumstances? Most guys wanna kiss me on our first dates… my exes usually wanna kiss me a lot… like is this person you’re seeing for a while or with? I think there are people who may wanna be respectful and take it extra slow… but if it’s more than 3 dates, I’d be a little worry and can have an open conversation if yalls are still vibing.

A friend asked me this same question and, as always, I was honest and lost her friendship. It was her dental hygiene (her teeth were green). If your teeth are fine, I’d say he’s either scared of making the first move (doesn’t want to seem creepy) or he’s just not attracted to you that way.

It seems odd to me. If you ask him directly or initiate a kiss and he refuses then the reason doesn't matter -- you aren't compatible. If you are telling him to kiss you non-verbally, it's possible he's just clueless.

It is not about being scary I think, I mean a man is usually not scared of anything at all but rather the thingly sensation in the body that feels like deeply in the soul when you like someone a lot it can be more intense then the making of an universe

99% of the time if he doesn't want a kiss than he's not into you. Maybe 1% of the time it's something else like bad breath or wrong time and place
