The guy I’ve been talking to for a week, has started taking forever to reply. How do I address that it’s bothering me, without seeming “needy”?

Ah I feel you. It's only been a week so don't sweat it too much. If you're both enjoying chatting then who cares how long it takes to reply sometimes, right? I'd just chill for now and see how it goes. Maybe he really is just busy, people do have lives haha. But if it keeps bugging you then yeah definitely say something. Just be like "yo we both said we like talking but the slow replies are killing me 😂😂 speed it up!". And for sure if it stays like that long term then forget it, on to the next one. No point wasting your time waiting around. But for now just roll with it I guess, you're still getting to know each other.

If you both are not in a relationship and just talking you're the one who has to deal with the issue. He's not obliged to be constantly texting you or reply to your messages within X amount of time. You're expecting too much from someone you're just talking to.
