Why he always hold eye contact I always caught him staring at me and also didn't look away until I do and when I do he also look away?

• He protective, sometime caring towards me.
• Always talk to me in soft low voice. He talk other girls in normal or loud voice when he talk to them always look at me with a smile sometime with teasing one but i ignore.
• We didn't talk much cauz i did talk much to boys but he always the one who talk rarely by asking for notes, politly thank too.
• He teases other girls but never me just look at me while teasing and talking them.
• He was confident and extrovert.
• Once cauz of a minor argument we both have equal mistake i say Sorry to him at he my face and look down quickly like he was shy he ask what? So i tell for talking rudely he say in low voice its ok when i leave he come from behind while almost running and say dont need to say sorry, i didn't mind.
• When we both get a bit talk next day i notice after the talk he always ask for my notes. He didn't even saw them properly and return them in some min always if he didn't see why he ask for that?
• He always ask silly things like may i read, may i close the door like i was his teacher.
• Once he lookat me with dreamy face and smile i nodded as What? He just nodded as nothing and continue same so i ignore.
• Once we accidently bump he ask have u hurt much?

I was confused by his behaviour why he do this like that only with me not other girls?

- The soft voice and making eye contact is a giveaway. Guys don't stare at girls they're not feelin, ya know?

If u dont mind shall u give one more opinion please, cauz i like the way u explain ur opinions🙂Recently, we have exams so that we both sit in diffrent class cauz of roll no. Sometime when the invigilator take the answer sheet early they give permission to go out of exam hall. One day, We conpleted so allow to go out but the students in his class still writing he was seating, i was talking to my friends i caught him staring at me with a bit dreamy look and a small smile but i act like i didn't notice. Most of the time they completed 1st so they just standing in the hallway sometime he peeking at me sometime but i ignore.
He stare at me everyday in the class after the inncident of my appology he sometime stare at me with a small smile otherwise with a neutral face too.
One day he was headdown facing towards me and staring with a bit of dreamy expression and a smile (his smile was hidden cauz of his arms but his eyes looks like that) for almost a min. i thought he stare else and start looking towards he stare but in real he stare me i nodded my head a bit as What? He just nodded as nothing and again continue so i ignore. Does he really intrested or just timepass? In ur opinion he was a naughty kid in past he have the same nature now too.
I didn't really have idea what he mean by all this.
And maybe u have confusion at my previousq. i want to tell that when i go to say sorry he was busy in completing his assign. but when i say sorry he look up at me (we were a very little close standing) and look down very quickly (i write in my opinion that he act like he was shy) he never look away when i caught him staring or in eyecontact i was 1st to look away. Once he was asking answer in test to his friend i notice him he was about to turn but maybe he notice and turn back to look at me suddenly so i again ignore. I always thought maybe caught him is coincidence but i think coincidence didn't happen everyday.

From the way you described it, I really think this guy is into you. Like for sure. A few things make me say that:
