Oh boy, that is SUCH a clear sign that he likes you! When a guy is randomly turning around and staring at you, but then acting all shy and looking away when you catch him, it means he thinks you're cute but is too nervous to actually approach you.

A few reasons he's doing this:

- He wants to check you out and admire you from afar, but gets embarrassed at getting caught lol.

- He wants your attention, but is unsure if you'll like him back or think he's weird for openly staring.

- Turning away fast is like a reflex, because he doesn't want you to see how much he's into you in case you don't feel the same.

- Bois can be shy too! Even though he thinks you're pretty, he doesn't know how to show it without feeling self-conscious.

Trust me, any guy who steals that many obvious glances is really into you! I'd say smile and wave at him the next time you make eye contact. Or even walk over and start a conversation. Give him a sign you don't think he's weird, and I bet he'll come out of his shell. He totally wants you to make the first move!
