Guys, Why did he have a photo of his sister in his wallet?

Nothing wrong with it. I know his mum passed away few months ago and his dad died years ago.

I just never ever in my life seen a photo of a guy's sister in his wallet. Do guys do this?

If he is Japanese or Chinese or Korean, then he could be a siscon and have a crush on his sister. The brother-sister fantasy is highly prevalent in those cultures especially if she is younger.

However, there are some other ideas:
1. She is deceased and he wants to remember her
2. That is his real girlfriend
3. He keeps it to show guys he meets to brag
4. She is actually a prostitute and he is her pimp
5. He has an abnormal concept of family boundaries

It’s a little unusual. But if they’re close friends in addition to siblings I can see it. Especially if she’s all the family he has left.

I have never looked through a guy's wallet or asked to find out. Also, in the context that his parents have passed, I wanted to see if any guy would pick up on this and make a connection.

I’m really really close with my siblings due to us living in a abusive home and me being the oldest sibling (actually abusive, like I could have called the cops and sent my father away for decades abusive). Would never do that. I do keep 100s of pictures of them (Solo ones that I have taken) in my phone. His sister might have given it to him in which case makes it less weird.
