STUCK IN TEXTING PURGATORY! How do I get him to Facetime?

So I met this guy online (it was a set up). We've been texting back & forth- and to put things more into context, I don't think he's interested. He's reserved- wouldn't share anything about himself. He's ghosted me for 2 weeks- and then came back- & I made him apologize for it. He's testing it from time to time- & I think we're playing the chase game. & we both don't text back right away. But there are other things too! He's double texted me 2 days ago, very friendly, etc
Anyway, I kind of want him to call! I know it's not coming from him- how do I casually bring it up?

Alright so personally as someone who has experience with online relationship facetime is not the way to go for me, you can bring it up but I personally wouldn't do it right away in most cases since I don't feel safe enough. For me its Text -> Voice - > Video -> In Person.

But its the part your saying that he's reserved and doesn't want to share anything thats the real issue here, if he's not moving to open up and transition towards that next comfort stage there isn't much point in chasing him. There are better guys for you that are interested.
