I think a scrap book of your favourite romantic events together such as the tie you went to the arcade or the time he comforted you when you hurt your hand at the hospital. I don't really believe in Valentine's day gifts. But the answer to this is... It depends on the guy. Gift giving can be an easy task if you know the person well. Know what they like and get something related to it. If they like working out, get them something that helps them with the type of workouts they like to do.
