“Post nut clarity” is a real thing. I can feel regret or sadness after an orgasm (if it was ill-advised). I also tend to feel either hot or cold (and usually the opposite of how I felt before). Depending on the time of day, it either makes me exhausted or wakes me up. I'm the morning it tends to make me exhausted and want to go to sleep after, in the evening/around bedtime it tends to wake me up and make me stay up longer.
