Can I criticise others for being ghetto even if I am ghetto myself?

i dont smoke dope, or play loud music. im from the ghetto though, and for the most part live a frugal life without luxuries such as going to shows, sporting events, flying, theme parks, eating in restraunts, etc

Then I don't think it's the same thing, smoking and being loud sounds more like disturbing the peace than being ghetto and even then, I'm sure anyone would get annoyed at people that are inconsiderate for others, sounds understandable.

i used to work in a rich white neighborhood, and there would be these guys from the ghetto, and i knew they were (cause im from there). tore up looking guys. they would commute an hour to go to these rich white neighborhoods to smoke dope, and play loud music. you never really saw the locals doing that. so im going to say that its more of a ghetto thing to do that. rich white people seem more likely to get high and play loud music at home, either that or they;ll do it in a club, whereas the ghetto guys will do it on the street. and these ghetto guys would be there day in and day out. even during holidays. one thing i noticed is the rich white people all went away during the weekends

I guess it's something ghetto people do but it doesn't make you ghetto if you smoke, here in Miami rich people smoke pot, you can smell pot in the rich areas lol
