But he probably stopped liking your post because somebody noticed that he doesn't want to notice, wether a girlfriend, friend making fun of him or someone close who is judging his likes. Honestly, you should just ask him send a message, I will admit I would have a hard time doing that myself, but that's the only way you're going to get the answer for sure.
He could have an overprotective girlfriend and doesn’t want to get into trouble. He also could be busier than he once was hanging on your every post. Of course, maybe he thought he was coming off too interested and decided to not look worse than he already possibly could have in liking stuff too much.
It could be either he is also talking to other women- or he feels like maybe the feelings arnt reciprocated the way he wants them to be and he doesn’t want to look desperate

There is a possibility that he might’ve just thought you would think it weird that he is basically stalking your insta, and just stopped liking to hide that he is. On the other hand he could be hiding something from someone be it a girlfriend, or wife.
If he is in or thinks he is in the friend zone it is quite reasonable he decided it is not worth the effort. Thats my guess.
