There's this guy friend of mine. We've been flirting and calling each others little nicknames for years now, in front of our friends and s*xting that only us knows about.. We never talked about serious relationships.

I asked him in private for some help about something and the same day, a friend (guy) of us was teasing me about it. Why he would of talk about it with him? Could it mean that he's been talking about me to his friends, or just a one time deal?
