Ask him directly if he does and ask him why he told everyone. It’s really not good to do that to someone, it depends on what he said to people. If he was saying it as if it was a good thing or if he was making fun of you.

At the end of the day I wouldn’t embarrass someone for being into me. That’s not a good thing to be if I just wasn’t interested I would directly tell her in a kind way. So that she can have closure and find someone who is.

Directly talk to him about the issue. That’s the best thing you can do and express how you feel about him telling people.

Sure I may tell a friend and ask for advice. But I wouldn’t shout it from the rooftop

Well there's only one way to find out and that is don't tell anybody else anything about your feelings towards the guy don't even bring up his name and he'll wonder what's going on because he's not here and anything from other people and they'll have to come talk to you if you like you

He either needs advice about what to do or he is the kind of guy that thinks it's hilarious and cheezy when a girl likes him. The best course of action is probably to ask him straight up or talk to his friends about how he feels. A lot of people get anxious when someone has feelings for them (regardless of if the feelings are reciprocated), so he's probably asking friends or other people what to do.
