I feel he is cheating on me but I don't know how to make sure? anyone lived this experience what were the signs he was cheatin? what did u do?

these are few things made me suspect him:

*he never lets me check on his phone sayin i should trust him and if he gave me the phone to check on once i ll always do that.

*he never talked about my body but now he gives me remarks like i think you gained some weight

*He is always busy in work but he used to call or text me gm/gn or what you re doin during the day now he no longer texts

*avoids talking with me on messenger saying we always fight

*i once got so mad at him , he didn' t reply on my message he left abd replied second day sayin he fell asleep

*when i cry/yell or get mad he used to calm me down now he says he is feeling stress at work and he doesn't want to feel that way with me cuz i am the only person he wants to feel comfortable with

*Once went to his office and he was workin with a male coworker and then a girl came in he said I don't know anythin about her she is new and he doesn't even know her name but he knows her friend, days later he called me to give him my opinion that girl sent him a vocal saying she needs him on a work with her guy bestfriend and they d pay for him.. i was shocked how she is even texting him if he doesn't talk to her in first place why wasn't her guy bestfriend that would send him to help him if he is more closed to him then to her. told him to send me screenshots he replied to her :"ok we will meet at the university explain to me what do y all need " i told him you already gave her your opinion why now asking for mine it doesn't matter he was like no i can say no to her i was just sharing with you everything we trust each other

Despite of everything he says he loves me and noone could ever take my place.. i told him i am sorry but i love him way too much and i am always worried.. what y all said is actually true i want to be better person to him and i want to keep him cuz i really love him if i did not i would not care about a thing...

Alright lets see.
1. Very suspicious, I am also on the "Never share a password" camp for security sake but unlocking should be fine. If my girl wanted in my phone she could just ask and i'd unlock it for her. The fact he doesn't want that in a relationship which is supposed to be high trust is not a good sign.

2. Not a sign of cheating, but a sign of dropping attraction.

3. Sign of lost interest possibly due to point 2, not necessarily a sign of cheating.

4. Big red flag, not specifically for cheating but for him being done with the relationship.

5. Not a sign of anything.

6. Feels like one of the core issues at me, at first he could handle you. Now you are to much so he'd rather just destress and avoid.

So basically a dead / dying relationship but not necessarily any sign he's already with someone else. Is the door open for that? Possibly, but because I don't really see him being invested in the relationship anymore not because he is a cheater in nature.

I don’t know if this is enough to say he’s cheating, but in any case it’s enough to say he sounds like he’s fed up. You’re an insecure woman, probably were cheated on or disappointed by a man in the past and never really healed your trauma. My biggest advice if you struggle with that is to date someone who doesn’t trigger it. Simply put — having to check your partners phone isn’t healthy in the first place, but now other things are happening and it’s messing with your peace of mind; you need someone who doesn’t make you wanna do any of that. Someone who makes you feel assured and confident in your relationship. If you’re going to stay with this guy then you either trust him or you don’t, but everything you’re doing (the paranoia, arguing, crying), it’s going to push him completely away because let’s be real, nobody wants to navigate craziness or pay for what another man did when they’re faultless. This guy just sounds tired of the drama, even if it’s just your way of expressing that you don’t feel valued by him anymore.

Most points look like an dying/expiring relationship to me. Or him losing feelings due to stress/work.

1. I can understand this. Some people want to look at everything you do on your phone and read every text or letter you sent. So very annoying
2. No idea about this one. Might also be from good intentions.

Even if he isn't cheating at this point this relationship is dead u don't trust him and instead want to police him when u are being shitty he use to calm u down but he no longer cares to and he dont want to communicate with u because u fight too much as he said this relationship is over cheating or not
