Guy's Behavior

Did he know that I have a crush on him?

so I might have admired (stared) at a worker for a little too long lol , I don't know if I creeped him out but he was so brave in a way I couldn't help but turn around and admire him

(plus I was bored and I had nothing to do except turn around and look at what the workers were doing bc I was burnt out from working on my laptop)

I smiled at him and then he smiled back and I told him to be careful he might fall but he didn't hear me so he told the other worker to see what I wanted and the other worker asked and shook my head saying no

anyway , he then went to his work on the first floor

when I was about to leave , he asked me about what I was saying to him and then I told him that I said to be careful from falling (and then i think he nodded but i didn't get to see his reaction bc I passed by him and there was a narrow place so he had to move for me to pass)

Am I overthinking this? I felt weird for staring at him , I don't want him to think I like him

do guys think that if a girl stared at them it means she likes him?
