He had a girlfriend for a long time now, but he always stares at me, he complimented my hair, and he texted me yesterday. (He doesn't even follow me, i think he doesn't want his girlfriend to see it)

What is his intentions? He just wants to flirt or else?

Impossible to read his mind but if you are interpreting it as flirting or even remotely close to it then I suggest you block him. It is not going to be good for either of you if that's what he is doing. Besides you don't want a guy that's in a relationship with someone flirting with you right? Also suffice to say you have no interest in him since he has a girlfriend. So blocking him just to be safe shouldn't be much of a tough decision. Just do that to be safe if you have even the slightest doubt.
