Guys: Is it a sign if he opens my texts and snaps but doesn't respond?

so I like this guy, and I have his number, have his snap, all that stuff. he'll give me some signs that make it seem like he could have a slight interest in me when we see each other, like staring at me, a lot of open body language, etc. He looks at my stories, but when I send him messages or snaps, he'll open them and not respond. He used to respond almost immediately, but now he just doesn't at all. Is it a sign that he's losing interest or never even had an interest in me in the first place?

So, it might be he's losing interest, and its possible your other posts didn't seem to be leading anywhere, so it may also be that you're not giving him anything he can really respond to (meaning, something he's interested in, some exciting flirting or even just a genuine enquiry into his thoughts).

Try asking him something personal and see if he responds / answers (personal not invasive). After all, not responding to some post like "I'm out shopping, weather is great!" say is not highly remarkable (but in early days of knowing you, when he might wonder if your into him he and be excited just to simply be in touch, would be different).

Always best to work out if your behaving in a way which you are happy with and that your communicating clearly what your wanting and needing from the other person (and where that might be embarassing to say directly, hinting it in socially well understood manor and trying to gain a mutual respectful understanding of where your both at and what your booth seeking from your friendship or otherwise).

Is he in no other contact with you?

We talk face to face often, like in classes or on lunch breaks.

In my mind it's that he thinks that I'm too awkward/weird or something my along those lines, but those around me that I voice my concerns to tell me that he's probably just busy or something.
