Why did my guy friend feel dizzy and couldnt think straight after confessing to me?

He suddenly messaged me out of the blue after we hung out stating "Hey, bad news, I think I like you. Do you feel the same?". I think he didn't expect me to say I felt the same way and he said he couldnt think straight and felt dizzy. He was rambling the entire time afterwards 😂

Why was he like this? I haven't been in that situation before.

He probably was really nervous since you said he was surprised and after all our emotions can transfer to our bodies just like when you feel scared or anxious and you feel it in your body.

Yeah.. it took him an hour to reply back. He isn't usually like that though, so maybe he was very overwhelmed..
