I get really jealous of good looking men, is that bad?

I get so jealous when I see guys on IG and literally their whole comment section is women throwing themselves at the guy. Coming from someone who maybe gets a compliment every couple of years, or even have a women look my way in the rarest moment it can definitely makes me feel down.

I swear somw guys just literally don't even understand how lucky they are to have looks & confidence. Can definitely tell who's God's Favorites are

Jealousy is a very human emotion and everyone will experience it. But there is just something more pathetic and weak about a man who displays jealousy. Like it’s an indication he’s insecure and lacks confidence. A jealous man also gets judged much harsher in society and mocked for it. He usually has not choice but to internalize it.

To make matters worse some women literally enjoy watching men get jealous. I’ve had taken women hit on before in front of their boyfriends just to see how they would react. I’ve had bitchy women “rub it in” on me before. They love the drama.

For you ladies reading this please for the love of God don’t ever intentionally do that bs. It’s not “cute” or funny to men. Men do not have the leeway to express their jealousy without losing face. Especially in public.

Also men don’t “enjoy” making women jealous. The only time we may intentionally do that is if we are interested in you, but you aren’t receptive and we give other women attention in front of you with the goal of you reaching out to us.

Women do compete for attention and clever guys know how to use that to their advantage. But how often do men intentionally “shit test” their gfs/wives by hitting on other women in front of them? Very rarely if ever.

Anyway the good news is while looks do matter to women it’s possible for an average looking man to be competitive among better looking men if he has special talents, a great sense of humor, makes a lot of money, etc. But he absolutely has to be exceptional and that requires hard work, risk taking and effort. It’s much harder for average women to compete with attractive women in my experience. But an attractive man is nowhere near the equivalent of an attractive woman when it comes to dating viability. He can’t be a handsome robot but a hot woman definitely can and still be get guys.

Anyway my advice is not to pay attention to women giving attention to better looking guys than yourself. Easier said than done but mentally discipline yourself to avoid looking at that and/or remove yourself from the situation. Accept the jealousy as normal, process it then think about something you are proud of about yourself when it comes to your qualities. It’s not easy but discipline yourself not to get sucked into that depressing bs.

I think you mean envy. But I think it's a normal thing to feel. It's normal because we all often have very good reasons to be envious. Certain people are just indisputably born with greater privilege's than us & it's isn't fair.

I think emotions like envy is just our bodies way of highlighting a disparity we should pay great attention to so that we can adjust course to account for what we're lacking in.

Also, I think the envy & even jealousy are only bad if they're not constructive & especially if they become destructive. So, if they don't motivate us to become better people & instead cause us to harm others in some way, then they're bad.

trust me , if u work on your personality and confidence and u focus on yourself , then most women would feel that energy u give off , and they will feel atracted towards that , and eat healthier , your skin and body will look healthy and more attractive , plus , in terms of looks , women are more willing to look for other traits than men and prioritize them above looks , so if ur problem is that "i don't get enough women bc im ugly" then that's false , sure looks matter and it makes it so much easier , but it's not an excuse

now f your problem is that ur jealous of good looking men just bc they're looks (and not the fact that they attract women) then I suggest to work on getting healthier and working on different things like hair , even if u have an ugly face , or ur just average , hair plays a big role , especially for women , so u can work on that , skin , muscles , are things that u can work on , but make sure u focus on HEALTH and not just looks bc you'll be stuck in a non ending cycle of body dsymphoria and obseesion about every detail

again , if ur problem is about "u can't attract women" then work on confidence and your ability to provide security to women emotionally and financially

Woman are overrated, my guy. Focus on making yourself the best you can be for you. God has no favorites, he has simply laid out more challenges for you, so you may use them to reach the top shelf, the place god made for you, while these IG model wannabees will be stuck midway, because god did not give them any challenges to boost their character.
