Why do men call a woman cute?

Why do men always call me cute... I mean I'm tired of this compliment.. Why can't they call me pretty or beautiful.. Why always cute?

I don't see how cute isn't exactly equal with "pretty" or "beautiful." But some dudes have some bizarre explanations.

Like attractive but boy in a sexual way is cute? That shit makes no fucking sense. y'all weird as hell on here.

To me cute is literally almost any attractive female. But there are extremes. Some girls are 100% pretty but 0% cute. And some are 100% cute and 0% pretty. Most who are attractive are some mix of both and both are equally good. Beautiful is just the next level up and a beautiful woman is always some combination of cute and pretty from 0 to 100%

Both are great. Some men prefer pretty, some prefer cute. I lean cute over pretty. But both are good and a mix is always good. Pure cute is great but pure pretty can be just butt ugly to me but some men like that.

I've never understood why women don't like to be called cute especially since they're always complaining that men only see them for their bodies.

Cute means they not only find you attractive, but your personality is endearing as well. But I guess women aren't ever truly happy unless they have something to complain about. This time it's because they aren't getting the compliments they desire.

There are certain things a woman can do that are cute, certain things a woman can say that are cute, certain things a woman can wear that are cute, and any other things of a similar nature to what i just described that are not describing physical attractiveness. If you hear guys say something regarding a woman as "being cute", it is most likely something along the lines of what I previously just described.

If he is telling you that "you are cute" then he is most likely attracted to you. He may have used the word cute because of what you were wearing or how you looked that day. You may have been in normal clothes with no makeup (which is what most men prefer) and thats the reason he used to word cute, as opposed to going out at night for a date, where you would be in a dress, had your hair done, nails done, and makeup done, in which he would probably tell you you look beautiful, or gorgeous, or amazing.

The reason he used the word cute was most likely situational.

So, cute is not a bad thing. It’s just a distinctly different thing than hot or beautiful, as you seemingly know. I’d also say if you’re cute you can easily be (or become) beautiful. It’s like different colors of the same spectrum. I think cute is more natural and that means just build up your sexy side. A little different wardrobe, some heels, makeup, and some little shifts in body language and you’ll be there in an instant.

If they are only calling them "cute", it is because they do not qualify as hot; they do not qualify as beautiful; they may be pretty; sometimes cute could be sexy. But mainly, cute is when you just find them adorable and want to look at them and twist their cheeks or hug them hard. It is more of a "visual" personality thing than an internal personality vibe.
