I think he is odd
Guys can be cryptic sometimes! There's a few reasons why he might have sent that. Maybe he's vaping and wanted to share what he's up to, or show off a new flavor he got. It could also be a weird attempt to flirt (vaping isn't exactly the smoothest move, though). The best thing to do is just text him back and ask! He'll probably explain what he meant.
